Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer Standard and Express shipping within South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International orders typically take 7–21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Belle Femme SA is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import procedures.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Belle Femme SA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
