Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at malekutumannya@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
